Safety & suitability
OutLiv is a wellness companion, not a medical service.
Who OutLiv is for
Adults who want a calmer, more informed relationship with fasting, eating windows, and their body's rhythms.
Who should talk to a clinician first
People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of an eating disorder, live with type 1 diabetes, take glucose-lowering or blood-pressure medication, are underweight, or have a cardiac condition. OutLiv routes these situations into more cautious guidance modes.
What OutLiv does not do
OutLiv does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It does not claim to reverse or put anything into remission. It never gives medication advice. Please continue working with your clinician for anything medical.
How guidance modes work
Based on your answers, OutLiv chooses one of four guidance modes: standard, cautious, extra-caution, or education-only. Modes shape how conservative your suggested fasting plan template is.
